Click on For Members
Go to Member Login
Login and see your Profile

On the right side it shows you MYCPD - click on click here

The page on the left will appear. 
On the far right you will see My Points. 
Under that click on Generate CPD Activity Report

Fill in the following:
Work Category: Public Service
Choose the Date Range
Professional Board:Occupational Therapy,  Medical Orthotics/Prosthetics and Arts Therapy
Choose PDF Report or Excel Report

Please note: you will need to change or delete the HPCSA Logo on the Excel Report
